Transportation

WashU supports a variety of transportation options to and from work, including Metro St. Louis transit, several shuttles, Enterprise CarShare, and bicycling.

One important benefit is the Metro Transit U-Pass, provided free of charge to faculty, staff, and students. WashU also provides a 24/7 motorist assist program (jump starts and vehicle unlocking) and vehicle inspections before winter and spring breaks.

Bicycle commuters may be interested in the personal showers available in the Danforth University Center and at the Craig and Nancy Schnuck Pavilion.

Parking

Parking on campus is divided into zones. WashU encourages carpooling and also offers an occasional parking program for those who do not need to park on campus every day.

Faculty members may request parking permits online or in person.

Accessible parking is available in all parking zones.
