Gender & Race Pay Equity Study results released

A report on Gender and Race Pay Equity for Teaching, Research and Practice Faculty on the Danforth Campus has been released from a committee chaired by Dr. Emily Boyd from the McKelvey School of Engineering. TRaP faculty by the numbers…

While TRaP faculty represent just 33% of the full-time faculty on the Danforth Campus, they teach 48% of student credit hours. (data as of May 2023)

The Association has many accomplishments to its credit since its inception including, but not limited to:

  • Paid Parental Leave (2018)
  • Provost’s Professional Development Fund (2018)
  • Representation on University Committees and Direct Communication with the Provost
