An important role at a university is that of the faculty ombuds, who is trained to act as a neutral party to provide confidential and informal assistance on a variety of issues and concerns. In our first Lunch & Learn event, Ombuds Peggy Smith will be with us to tell us more about her role at WashU and how she might be able to help non-tenure track faculty. Lunch will be provided.
